At Wear Terry, we want every piece to bring softness and joy to your everyday life. We want you to absolutely love what you wear, which is why we offer a simple exchange process to help you find your perfect fit.

Our Policy at a Glance
Not the right fit? We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us at hello@wearterry.com and we'll sort it out.

Exchange Conditions
To ensure our products remain in pristine condition for you and our other customers, exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
- The exchange request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or pet hair.
- All original tags and packaging are fully intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange
1. Contact Us: Please email our care team at hello@wearterry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or color.
2. Return the Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly ship out your replacement and send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Wear Terry piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@wearterry.com with a few clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
