Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of your delivery date.
Refunds: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Exchange Conditions
To ensure our products remain in pristine condition for you and our other customers, exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or pet hair.
- All original tags and packaging are fully intact.
How to Initiate an Exchange
1. Contact Us: Please email our care team at hello@wearterry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or color.
2. Return the Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly ship out your replacement and send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Wear Terry piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@wearterry.com with a few clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
Final Sale Non-Exchangeable Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotional events.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
